So back in 2010, UK DJ and producer, Blame, released this massive mix of his track “On My Own” featuring the vocals of UK grime collective Ruff Sqwad. This has to be one of the most underrated tracks of that year. Everything from the vocals, to the melody is just perfect. To be honest, despite having a major break through in the early 2000’s and smashing the charts and being remixed by some huge artists including Doctor P, Blame just might be one of the most underrated artists ever. Ellie Goulding & Madeon - Stay Awake
Finally something new from Madeon! This prodigy of a producer has teamed up with Ellie Gouldingto bring you Stay Awake. The two collaborated on Ellie’s album Halcyon, but for some reason, this song was not included. Was it scrapped at the last minute? I am not sure, but I am certainly happy for new content from these two artists. This new drum and bass style track, (although labeled rock/pop) is a welcome addition to Madeon’s growing library of songs. While not as complex as many of his other releases, this song was made to elevate Ellie to new heights with her dreamy voice echoing about all throughout the track. Enjoy!

Misha B - Here’s To Everything
After bringing us the lyric video last month Misha B returns with the official music video for “Here’s To Everything (Ooh la la)”.
The upbeat single, taken from her much anticipated yet still untitled debut album, which fuses R&B with reggae, pop, drum & bass elements and incorporates the hook “Ooh la la la” (made popular to a new generation by The Fugees on the smash hit “Fu-gee-la”) is now accompanied by a fitting energetic visual packed with dancers, water and fire and clever effects.
The British, Manchester raised singer described the single as “A toast to life! It’s a feel good song celebrating everything life throws at you. I loved making it and had been waiting to write a song like this for ages. Here it is! Here’s to everything!”
